The Detroit Regional Chamber and MichAuto will host a virtual event on Tuesday, Oct. 1, to present the findings from the Detroit/Metro Black Tech Talent Survey conducted by McKinsey & Co. in Fall 2024. The survey aims to assess the attraction and retention of Black tech talent in Detroit.
Chamber Board Member and McKinsey & Co. Managing Partner Aaron Aboagye will present the survey results. Following this, he will moderate a panel discussion with industry leaders and innovators to delve into the findings and discuss strategies for fostering a more inclusive tech ecosystem.
The event is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 1, from 11 a.m. to noon. It will be held virtually and is free to attend.
