Beginning Monday, September 26th, DPW will be winterizing and flushing fire hydrants around Gibraltar. They will start at Horse Island and work their way west throughout the City.
Please keep in mind, this MAY result in temporary low pressure or tinted/cloudy water from sediment being stirred up due the changing pressure in the pipes. If you notice discolored or cloudy water, let your faucet run until the water appears clear. This discoloration is temporary and is not harmful.
