City of Grosse Pointe Park issued the following announcement on July 24.
The City of Grosse Pointe Park has additional information regarding how to apply for FEMA assistance. Registration can be completed online at https://www.disasterassistance.gov/get-assistance/address-lookup?address=Wayne,%20MI&isMap=true or by calling 1-800-621-FEMA(3362).
In order to complete the registration, residents must have the following information:
-Social Security Number (SSN) OR the SSN of a minor child in the household who is a U.S. Citizen, Non-Citizen National or Qualified Alien
- Annual Household Income
- Contact Information (phone number, mailing address, email address*, and damaged home address)
- Insurance Information (coverage, insurance company name, etc.)
- Bank Account Information (if you are eligible to receive financial assistance, the money can be deposited in your account)
