Detroit City Football Club is set to face The Miami FC at Keyworth Stadium this Saturday in an Eastern Conference match. The game will begin at 4 p.m. and can be viewed live on ESPN+ and TUDN, as well as locally on CW Detroit 50 (WKBD-TV). Michigan residents have the option to stream the match for free on CBSDetroit.com.

Detroit City, also known as Le Rouge, is looking to end an eight-match winless streak across all competitions. Their latest outing was a 3-2 defeat against Loudoun United last Saturday. Ben Morris scored first for Detroit in the 22nd minute, but Loudoun equalized in the 38th minute and took the lead during first-half stoppage time. Michael Bryant brought Detroit level again with a goal in the 52nd minute, but Loudoun secured victory with a goal in the 64th minute.

The Miami FC stands sixth in the Eastern Conference with 16 points, just one point behind Detroit City. This marks an improvement from last season when they finished at the bottom of the table with only 11 points.

Miami's recent performance includes a surprising 1-0 win over second-place Charleston Battery on Wednesday evening. Matias Romero scored with a remarkable shot from outside the box that hit the top corner.

Goalkeeper Bill Hamid has been instrumental in Miami’s recent success, achieving clean sheets in two of their last three matches. Hamid joined Miami this offseason and has made 43 saves so far this season across all competitions. Forward Francisco Bonfiglio also joined during the offseason and has netted 10 goals in his first 16 appearances for Miami.
