The Detroit Regional Chamber and MichAuto will host a virtual event on October 1 to present the findings from the Detroit/Metro Black Tech Talent Survey conducted by McKinsey & Co. in Fall 2024. The survey aims to evaluate the attraction and retention of Black tech talent in Detroit.
Chamber Board Member and McKinsey & Co. Managing Partner Aaron Aboagye will reveal the survey results. Following this, Aboagye will moderate a panel featuring industry leaders and innovators who will discuss the findings and consider strategies for fostering a more inclusive tech ecosystem.
The event is scheduled for Tuesday, October 1, from 11 a.m. to noon. It is free to attend and will be held virtually.
