The Grosse Pointe Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 14, 2022, at 7:00 pm at the Grosse Pointe Council Chambers at 17147 Maumee Avenue, Grosse Pointe, MI. The Planning Commission will consider a proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD).
The proposed PUD is requested to allow the development of a four-story building containing 81 residential units, approximately 3,000 square feet of commercial space, and surface parking.
Public comment is welcome. If you are unable to attend the hearing, written comments will be accepted until 12:00 noon on November 14, 2022. Public comments can be mailed to or dropped off at City Hall or sent via email to city@grossepointecity.org.
