City of Grosse Pointe Farms issued the following announcement on Oct 26.
Pier Park Harbor:
The colder temperatures are unfortunately creeping into the forecast which means the end of boating season is here. A friendly reminder that all boats/jet skis should be removed from the harbor by October 31st. Beginning November 1st, we will begin the process of winterizing the harbor which consists of turning off water and power to the boat well.
We are already looking forward to warmer weather in 2022!
