City of Grosse Pointe Park recently issued the following announcement.
Please see below for an update on the PA 222 Claim Form and Hazardous Waste
PA 222 CLAIM FORM
The PA 222 claim form can now be filled out and submitted online. Forms still need to be returned within 45 days of the appropriate event (June 26th storm and/or July 16th storm). Separate claim forms need to be submitted for each event:

- July 16th form: https://tinyurl.com/July-16th-Claim-Form
If you have already returned a paper form or electronic form through email, it is not necessary to submit another form through the website. This is an additional way for residents and business owners to provide the form and supporting documentation to the City. HAZARDOUS WASTE
Hazardous waste drop off at Windmill Pointe Park will end when the park closes this Thursday, July 22nd. Any storm related hazardous waste needs to be dropped off at the Park before then so it can be disposed of properly. Please contact the Department of Public Works at 313-822-5100 with any questions.
