Earlier this month, #TeamAAM quality leaders from around the world came together in Mexico for AAM's annual Global Quality Conference. The two-day event featured insight on AAM's quality vision and mission from VP Global Quality, Warranty & AAM Operating System Al Monich, as well as panels and discussions centered on standardization, problem solving dynamics and more. Our Guanajuato Manufacturing Complex - Plant 5 team also demonstrated their best practices for the assembled group.
