Later that afternoon, Tlaib turned attention to humanitarian concerns in Gaza. She stated, "The images of starving children in Gaza are overwhelming. We can't stop talking about Gaza. We must save lives. I stood with Doctors Against Genocide and Veterans for Peace at the Capitol to say: Stop Starving Gaza." (July 29, 2025).
In a third tweet posted that evening, Tlaib thanked local organizations and residents for their support regarding flood relief efforts in her district. She posted, "Thank you Eastside Community Network, Wayne Metro, After the Storm, United Way of Southeastern Michigan, Warrendale Community Org, and our amazing residents for supporting our Fix Our Flooded Basements Act and for your advocacy helping our neighbors who've been impacted by" (July 29, 2025).
