July grants offer support for small business expansion

Business owners have an opportunity to apply for several small business grants available in July, designed to support entrepreneurs across various sectors. These grants aim to aid areas such as expansion, innovation, and sustainability.

The FedEx E-Commerce Learning Lab offers a $5,000 grant along with four months of coaching for U.S.-based businesses looking to expand their e-commerce presence. Eligible businesses must be majority-owned, operational for at least six months, sell a legal product, and have earned under $500,000 in 2024. Applications are due by July 3, 2025.

The CO—100 2025 program recognizes the achievements of 100 small and medium-sized U.S. businesses. Ten businesses will receive $2,000 each, while one will win $25,000 as the Top Business of 2025. Applicants must be U.S.-based and operational for over a year. Applications close on July 7, 2025.

The Honeycomb x Sengo Spark Grant offers financial support to business owners traditionally excluded from funding opportunities. A $3,000 grant is available exclusively to Sengo subscribers; two additional $1,000 grants are open to all applicants. The application deadline is July 8, 2025.

Artists facing medical emergencies can apply for the Rauschenberg Medical Emergency Grant which provides up to $5,000 in funding. It covers expenses like co-pays and emergency dental work but excludes chronic conditions or ongoing care costs. Cycle 31 applications close on July 8, 2025.

Walmart's Spark Good Local Grants range from $250 to $5,000 and are aimed at organizations addressing local community needs. Eligible entities include charities and educational institutions with Deed verification and a Spark Good account. The current application round ends on July 15, 2025.

Lastly, the Skip Growth Grant offers $5,000 to U.S.-based entrepreneurs aged over 18 years old seeking growth or launch opportunities for their businesses. The deadline for submission is July 18, 2025.
