Bob Riney, president and CEO of Henry Ford Health, has been appointed as the chair for the 2026 Mackinac Policy Conference. The event is scheduled to occur from May 26 to May 29.
The announcement was made by Peter Quigley, president and CEO of Kelly Services Inc., who currently chairs the 2025 conference, alongside Sandy K. Baruah, president and CEO of the Detroit Regional Chamber. This announcement took place Thursday morning during this year's conference on Mackinac Island.
Planning for the upcoming 2026 conference is set to commence this summer. Riney will head an advisory committee composed of Michigan-based chief executive officers and chamber leadership to establish both the theme and agenda for next year's event.
