Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) has announced the opening of applications for its 2025 EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women North America program. Now in its 18th year, the initiative aims to support and promote ambitious women founders as they introduce innovative solutions and establish themselves as market leaders. Applications for the program will be accepted through May 9, 2025.
The program boasts a broad global community consisting of over 1,000 founders from more than 60 countries. Recent participants encompass entrepreneurs such as Rachel Solomon from Boarderie, Davielle Jackson from Femi Secrets Health, and Rachelle Reigard from Grade A Construction, LLC.
To qualify for this year's program, applicants must be women business owners who serve as founding CEOs and majority owners of a privately held company, based in the U.S. or Canada, generating a minimum of $2 million in sales for each of the past two fiscal years. In cases where multiple women co-founders exist, they may apply as a group.
The selected cohort for 2025 will be required to attend a two-day orientation in Nashville, Tennessee, from August 18-20, as well as the Strategic Growth Forum US from November 12-15, 2025, in Palm Springs, California.
