The University of Detroit Mercy's College of Business Administration is inviting applications for its 17th Boost entrepreneurial training program. This initiative, known as the CSE Boost Program, is set to commence in January 2025 and is designed for early-stage social organizations that have already introduced their products or services to the market.
The CSE Boost Program spans twelve weeks and offers an intensive workshop aimed at equipping participants with essential business skills. Participants will enhance their strategic thinking, articulate a comprehensive business plan, and develop a business model that emphasizes social impact, growth, and long-term financial sustainability.
Upon completing the program, enterprises will be equipped with strategies and materials necessary for sustainable financial growth. They will also be prepared to seek funding opportunities to advance their development. Additionally, participants will benefit from mentorship provided by successful entrepreneurs during a six-week period following the completion of the Boost program. Graduates will also gain access to resources from the Center for Social Entrepreneurship and its capacity development partners.
"The result of participating in the CSE Boost Program is that you will have a stronger business, increased social impact, and readiness to receive investment to scale your enterprise."
