EY and TechTown Detroit are collaborating to host a business growth workshop for small business founders and owners. The event is scheduled for Friday, November 8, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. This initiative is part of Connect Day, an annual volunteer day organized by EY to connect entrepreneurs in Detroit and Southeast Michigan with the firm's employees.
The focus of this year's workshop will be on EY's 7 Drivers of Growth framework. The session aims to assist participants in developing effective growth strategies and adopting new perspectives on their businesses.
During the workshop, attendees will have the opportunity to gain insights into successful market practices, clarify strategic priorities, opportunities, and challenges, and assess their current capabilities against future goals.
EY's 7 Drivers of Growth framework is designed to help ambitious leaders think differently about their businesses. It aims to unlock potential and facilitate the successful delivery of growth strategies.
The framework assists business leaders in assessing current capabilities relative to future aspirations, gaining insights into leading market practices, clarifying strategic priorities and challenges, refining business strategies, building action plans for resilience and sustainable growth, and achieving consensus among leadership teams regarding future directions.
