Looking For- First Tee - Greater Detroit is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, & caring individuals to help further our mission of delivering life skills through the game of golf to youth in the Greater Detroit area! Coaches will serve as positive mentors and role models to young people of various backgrounds.
Coach Role-
- Deliver First Tee Golf Skills & Life Skills
- Curriculum (we'll provide training!)
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with setup and breakdown of activities
-Seasonal programs run six weeks, one day per week
-Attend the entire class you sign up for - this is crucial in developing & establishing positive relationships with the participants
Requirements
-Complete the First Tee Assistant Coach Training
-Pass a background check & SafeSport Training
