MEDC Disaster Recovery Public Hearing

The Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) is seeking feedback from people impacted by the severe storms and flooding that hit the state in 2020 and 2021.

MEDC wants to know what you think about plans to use over $71.9 million in Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. These long-term recovery funds will be used to assist impacted communities as they recover and rebuild. Michigan received $59,898,000 in CDBG-DR funds for 2020 and $12,033,000 in CDBG-DR funds for 2021.

You can share your feedback with MEDC by attending a storm recovery public hearing.
