With the holiday weekend behind us, there are changes to report in local construction projects:
● Eastbound Annapolis is closed at Monroe now that gas line replacement work has started. Traffic is detoured to Monroe, Eton, and Katherine, then north to Annapolis. The westbound lane is open.
● Northbound Beech Daly is down to one lane between Warren and Joy for long-term work.
● Southbound Telegraph is down to one shifted lane between Oxford and Van Born. Expect lengthy delays in the area.
In all construction zones, remember to obey posted speeds, increase the distance between you and the vehicle ahead, and allow for extra travel time.
