City of Highland Park recently issued the following announcement.
The City of Ann Arbor, Michigan has allocated in excess of $100,000 to study the possibility of a Publicly Owned Utility.
The Highland Park City Council is looking for Community Proposals to gauge the interest level of a City of Highland Park Publicly Owned Electric Utility.
Please submit all plans, letters of interest and proposals to any Highland Park City Council member, as soon as possible or email cclyburn@highlandparkmi.gov"
