Flat Rock Police Department issued the following announcement on Mar 4.
HUROC PARK IS NOW OPEN!!!
The park has been cleared to open. There are areas that are CLOSED to fishing and foot traffic. Those areas are identified by either a sign or a fence. Please do not go in those areas. There is really nothing to see. So we would hate for you to get a $200 violation to see nothing. There will still be crews working in the area from EPA, EGLE,and other contractors.
