BUILDING UP TO KINDERGARTEN PART I
Dear AP Staff & Families,
If you or someone you know has a child that will be entering kindergarten next school year (Fall 2022), then our Building Up to Kindergarten sessions are a perfect fit. As part of our Title I Federal grant schoolwide service, the district hosts three sessions every year.
The Part I “Kick-Off” meeting is on November 18 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. hosted by Arno Elementary, Part 2 will be during the winter, and then we end with Kindergarten Roundup in all elementary buildings in May. The Part I session is intended for parents/guardians only.
These sessions are designed to help parents understand how best to help their child leading up to kindergarten and activities to do with them through the year. Please see the attached flyer with a link to register for the session on November 18 hosted at Arno Elementary.
