City of Detroit issued the following announcement on Oct. 3.
Covid-19 Drive-Thru testing is now available at Joseph Walker Williams Community Center, located at 8431 Rosa Parks Blvd, Detroit, MI 48206.
The COVID-19 tests at the Center are free, and you DO NOT need a prescription to get a test.
How it works:
Make an Appointment - If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have come in contact with an infected person, call 313-230-0505 to make an appointment.
Detroiters can still get a $2 ride to the Joseph Walker Williams Community Center if you're in need of transportation.
