Cost of college went up for all students at Dorsey Business Schools-Dearborn

Tuition and fees rose 1.5 percent for 2018-19 at Dorsey Business Schools-Dearborn, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Michigan students paid $20,772 to attend the private for-profit school this year – $300 more than the $20,472 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 93 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 62 students received grants or scholarships totaling $459,228 and 59 students took out student loans totaling more than $710,026.

Including all undergraduates (337), 292 students used grants or scholarships totaling $1.6 million, and 271 students took out $2.1 million in federal student loans.
