City of Detroit issued the following announcement.
Effective Saturday, December 21, the #23 - Hamilton bus route detour is as follows:
Northbound: The route is regular on Anthony Wayne Dr. to the right on Palmer to the left on Cass to the left on Antoinette to the right on Second to regular.
Southbound: Second Ave. to the left on Antoinette to the right on Cass to the right on Palmer to the left onto Third/Anthony Wayne Dr. to regular.
