Senator Michael Webber, representing Rochester Hills, extended a warm welcome to retired U.S. Army Lt. Col. Andrew “Rocky” Raczkowski at the state Capitol on Thursday. Raczkowski, who is also a former state representative and frequent guest host for WJR-AM, was invited as Webber’s special guest for the Senate’s annual Memorial Day ceremony. The event aims to honor Michigan’s fallen service members.

The ceremony took place as part of the state’s efforts to commemorate those who have served and sacrificed in the military.
