On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Detroit Edison Public School Academy standout Caleb Sanders’ current college team, the Wayne State Warriors, won 6-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Newberry Wolves.

The game took place at Smith Road Complex. This was their fourth matchup against the Wolves this season.

The Warriors’ next game is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 24 at 1 p.m. at Prasco Park against Ohio Dominican Panthers.
