Detroit City FC will conclude its four-game road trip with a match against Birmingham Legion FC this Sunday. The game, set to kick off at 5 p.m., will be held at Protective Stadium. Detroit comes into this match following a scoreless draw against Hartford Athletic last Saturday. The team had several chances in the second half but was unable to break through the opponent's defense. Goalkeeper Carlos Herrera achieved his third clean sheet of the season during this game, marking his first away from home after previous clean sheets against Monterey Bay FC and Rhode Island FC at Keyworth.

Birmingham Legion enters Sunday's game after a narrow 1-0 loss to Rhode Island earlier in the week. Maxi Rodriguez scored the only goal in that match's 14th minute, and Birmingham played with one less player in the second half due to Samuel McIllhatton receiving a red card just before halftime.
