Detroit City FC is preparing for a crucial match against Indy Eleven at Keyworth Stadium this Saturday. The game, significant for both teams' playoff aspirations, will begin at 4:00 PM EDT and can be watched on ESPN+ or CW Detroit 50 (WKBD-TV). Michigan residents have the option to stream the match free of charge via www.cbsnews.com/detroit.

Detroit City enters the game following a 2-2 draw with Charleston Battery. Stephen Carroll scored first for Detroit in the second half, but after Connor Rutz received a red card and Charleston scored twice, Laurent Kissiedou secured a draw with a late goal.

The USL Championship recently recognized Danny Dichio as Coach of the Month for September. Under his leadership, Detroit City finished September with three wins out of five matches.

Currently third in the Eastern Conference with 49 points, Detroit City can secure a playoff spot with either a win or draw this weekend. Indy Eleven trails closely behind in fourth place with 47 points after defeating Loudoun United earlier this week. However, they will face Detroit without center-back Adrian Diz due to suspension from a red card.

The two teams have faced each other twice this season. In March, Detroit won their league encounter 2-1 in Indianapolis, while Indy triumphed 3-0 in May during the US Open Cup.

Detroit City's final regular-season home game is scheduled for next Saturday against Miami FC at Keyworth Stadium. Tickets are available through www.detcityfc.com/tickets.
