Detroit Red Wings Executive Vice President and General Manager Steve Yzerman announced that the team will return to Centre ICE Arena in Traverse City, Michigan, to host NHL Prospect Games and Training Camp. Additionally, the 2024 Training Camp Season Preview Party will be held at Delamar Traverse City.

The NHL Prospect Games will mark their 25th season in Traverse City with a two-game series against the Dallas Stars on Saturday, Sept. 14 at 6 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 15 at 2:30 p.m. Historically, 772 players have progressed from these games to play in at least one NHL game, including several who played for the Red Wings in the 2023-24 season.

The Red Wings' annual NHL Training Camp will commence with the 2024 Training Camp Season Preview Party on Wednesday, Sept. 18, presented by Porsche Detroit North. This event offers guests opportunities to meet Red Wings players, coaches, and personalities and hear directly from team leadership about the upcoming season. Hosted by Red Wings TV broadcasters Ken Daniels and Mickey Redmond, the event features auctions and a VIP package that includes an exclusive meet-and-greet with Steve Yzerman and Head Coach Derek Lalonde. Proceeds benefit Involved Citizens Enterprises (I.C.E.), a non-profit organization supporting affordable skating programs in Northern Michigan.

Training Camp will begin on Thursday, Sept. 19 and continue through Sunday, Sept. 22. Players will be divided into teams for practice sessions and scrimmages, culminating in the annual Red and White Game on Sunday before returning to Detroit for preseason activities.

Tickets for all events go on sale Tuesday, Aug. 20 at www.mynorthtickets.com/organizations/centre-ice starting at 10:00 a.m., with prices varying by event.
