There were two Michigan businesses licensed in ZIP Code 48228 on October 25, according to the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.

This is an increase from the day before.

Of businesses licensed, one was a Domestic Limited Liability company operating in the state in which it was formed. Domestic LLCs are the most popular type of small businesses across America.

Michigan leadership has focused on small businesses in recent years, spurred on by the depths of the 2008 recession.
