The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Rashida Tlaib, Rashida Tlaib for Congress, refunded $1,000 to Penina Jeune on April 19, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Rashida Tlaib for Congress has refunded $11,900 total since Nov. 1, 2020.
