Rashida Tlaib's campaign committee refunds $8,400 to Thomas Steyer

The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Rashida Tlaib, Rashida Tlaib for Congress, refunded $8,400 to Thomas Steyer on September 17, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Rashida Tlaib for Congress refunded $35,241 total since April 1.
