There are many triggers that cause us to have stress and anxiety on a daily occurrence.
Experiencing life stressors are normal. At times it can be very difficult to manage and you may become overwhelmed.
Here are a couple of helpful tips for when you are feeling anxious and or stressed:
• Take time to care for yourself
• Get enough rest and exercise
• Set small achievable goals
• Learn what triggers your anxiety
• Talk to someone
