Democratic Party candidate Cynthia A. Johnson's committee, Cynthia A. Johnson Stands Up for All of Detroit, paid $300 to Tulc during the fourth quarter of 2019, according to quarterly campaign statements filed with the Michigan Secretary of State.

The committee has spent $1,239 total since the beginning of the quarter, 24.2 percent of which has gone to Tulc.
