The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Bullock Laverne Marshall, the Friends to Elect Marshall Bullock, paid $303 to Congressional Black Caucus Foundatio during the third quarter of 2019, according to quarterly campaign statements filed with the Michigan Secretary of State.
