On Friday, March 21, former Detroit Edison Public School Academy standout Ruby Whitehorn’s current collegiate team the Tennessee Lady Volunteers won 101-66 against the South Florida Bulls in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.
Hosted in Value City Arena at The Jerome Schottenstein Center, this was the first game against the South Florida Bulls during the championship.
The Tennessee Lady Volunteers’ next game will take place on Sunday, March 23 at 8 p.m. in Value City Arena at The Jerome Schottenstein Center against Ohio State Buckeyes.
Ruby Whitehorn’s hometown is Detroit and game position is guard.
