Michigan State Senator Michael Webber was present for all 365 roll call votes in the Senate during 2025. He was one of 11 senators to achieve a perfect voting record, according to data compiled by the Capitol news outlet MIRS. Since his election to the Senate in 2022, Webber has maintained this record.
“The residents of the 9th Senate District entrusted me to be their voice in Lansing, and they expect me to be at work, doing my job,” said Webber, R-Rochester Hills. “Voting on proposed legislation is one of the most significant duties we have as lawmakers. I take this responsibility seriously and was sure to be present for each vote.”
Webber highlighted the importance of consistent participation in legislative duties: “Nothing gets done if you don’t show up to work,” he said. “I’ve always considered it an honor and a privilege to serve in our state’s Capitol, and the residents of my district and of this state deserve nothing less.”
The new legislative session began on Wednesday, Jan. 14.
