This initiative aims to feature insights from regional business leaders on equity in workplace practices, providing valuable examples and strategies that have demonstrated success within their companies. The series will spotlight Avinash Rachmale, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lakeshore Global Corp., who also serves as a Chamber Board Member. In an interview conducted by the Chamber’s Marnita S. Harris, Rachmale emphasized the significance of economic equity and inclusion, particularly within the Detroit Region.
